The kitchen essential set of food carver and peeler. Steel blades with black plastic peeler handle and brick red plastic carver handle. The peeler is total length 5 3/4", blade length 2 3/8", and handle width 5/8". The carver is total length 7 1/4", serrated edged blade is 2" x 5/8" at it's widest, bowl diameter is 1 1/8" with depth 3/8", and the handle diameter is 5/8".
