Expanded Recall: Elmer’s® Spray Adhesive & Elmer’s® Craftbond Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive recalled due to improper labelling – 2020-075

The recalled products do not meet the labelling requirements of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. The lack of appropriate hazard labelling information could result in unintentional exposure to the product and lead to serious illness, injury or death.

Old English Lemon Oil Liquid Wood Polish recalled due to lack of required hazard labelling information -4548-225

The recalled product does not meet the labelling requirements of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. These products pose an aspiration hazard if ingested. Aspiration into the lungs can occur when the product enters the lungs directly or is coughed up or vomited after being ingested. This coughing/vomiting could cause small particles of the product to travel into the lungs, or the product may be inhaled directly in the form of a fine mist. The lack of appropriate hazard labelling information could result in unintentional exposure to the product and lead to serious illness, injury or death.

Certain LiftMaster garage door control panels recalled due to potential entrapment hazard- 2610-458

The impacted control panels can allow the operator to unintentionally override the secondary entrapment protection system when the control panel is paired with both an external-facing keypad and a wall-mount operator, and the consumer initiates a door closing cycle using the keypad when there is an obstruction. The override can only occur when the consumer presses and releases “ENTER” a second time within 60 seconds of the initial push.

Pine-Sol® Scented Multi-Surface Cleaners recalled due to Risk of Exposure to Bacteria – 4520-102, 4522-707, 4522-760

The recalled products may contain bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, an environmental organism found widely in soil and water. People with weakened immune systems or external medical devices who are exposed to Pseudomonas aeruginosa face a risk of serious infection that may require medical treatment. The bacteria can enter the body if inhaled, through the eyes, or through a break in the skin. People with healthy immune systems are usually not affected by the bacteria.
